[boskid] [2.0.20] Empty decider combinator (no conditions, no output) cannot be imported from text in blueprints

What did you do?
I was sharing a blueprint containing empty comparators via text

What happened?
Error messages and the empty comparators are missing.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Empty comparators to show up in the blueprint

Does it happen always, once or sometimes?
Happens all the time, across different saves and even when my friends tried to do that.

Here's how I made my friends test it out:
Build a comparator, remove both the default condition and default output as shown in that screenshot

Build a blueprint containing that comparator, export it as a string and try to import it from text.

Thanks for the report. Issue is now fixed for 2.0.25.
