Additional tools for observability

TL;DR

A combinator that records circuit signals over time and displays them on a graph.

What?

I want to be able to have more information about what was going on in my factory while I was looking at something else.

Why?

Many times while playing through space age I have wanted more tools to look at statistics in my factories. One reason is so that I can tell how long my platforms are taking to make their trips which would be extremely helpful for calculating throughput of spoilables. I also would like to hook my hypothetical new combinator up to a robo port so i can see network storage over time. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=113873&p=612236&hilit=graph#p612236 This post also mentions a similar suggestion
