Add logistic groups library

TL;DR
Add a way to manage logistic groups in the game similar to the blueprint library.

What?
I basically want all the features the blueprint library has for logistic groups:

1) Hierachical storage so similar groups can be grouped together. E.g. player requests, requests for silos, requests for spaceships, ...
2) Player and game tabs. For example I've made this nice logistic group to request everything for a power armor. I will need that once more in my next game but never again in the current game.
3) Import and export of logistic groups as text. So they can be shared.
4) Duplicate button. The number of times I had to recreated a group now because I wanted to change something for this chest but not alter any other chest using the same group is more than I thought.
Why?
Logistic groups are a huge improvement for managing requests the old way. But the more you name groups then more chaos it becomes. There is no way to organize the groups or preserve them between games.

Managing logistic groups is a task, which can be reused at a later point/game.
Maybe could be done with a string import/export

It would also be nice to be able to move a request entry to an other square, unless I didn't find it.
When reorganizing requests, if find myself always resorting them, which means to clear the old one and recreate somewhere else.

I also would like a feature, where logistic groups have a "default" import planet.

I have a bunch of logistic groups called "Fulgora -> Nauvis", "Gleba -> Vulancus". I often just click the landing pad and select the appropiate group to get what I want at my planet, but the default import for almost everything is always Nauvis. (but I produce all kind of modules on Fulgora)

It would be nice if I could set a default import planet for the "Fulgora -> Nauvis" group, so that I can be sure that it always imports from that planet, or at least add the "planet import choice" to the landing pad as well, because when you click on the logistic group on the landing pad, the planet menu is not available.
