SA: Label the progress bars in the rocket silo

I think that the dual progress bars in the rocket silo in Space Age should be labeled as such.

I think it's the only instance that I can think of where an object has two progress bars. As such, I don't know how likely it is that somebody would guess that's what they are for (I didn't guess). I don't know the best way to do this. Maybe label the second one "next rocket"?
