[Donion] End of track 04 Beyond Nauvis first note of track 05 Pelagic Zone can be heard

Hello, not sure if this is the right place for this as it is not a bug with the game itself but an issue with the Space Age Soundtrack, specifically the one posted to Steam although I assume it is present in other releases.

At the very end of track 04 Beyond Nauvis, the first note of track 05 Pelagic Zone can be heard.

I am listening to this on a copy of the soundtrack downloaded on November 5th so this may be fixed already.

Thanks for the report. Today the soundtrack has been updated, primarily to add Disc 2, but I've also trimmed off the stray note at the end of Track 4 (Disc 1).
