[Klonan][2.0.15] Interrupt sections become too small if the other gets too big

When the Targets section of an interrupt becomes too long (a lot of condition and/or stations), the Conditions section get unusably small until it's basically completely gone.

With slightly less conditions, it's just a little small

The reverse is also true (too many condition make the Targets section unusably small)

Replicated by adding a lot of stations or conditions to an interrupt.
Resolution is standard 1920x1080
