[2.0.15] Bugged Belt

the inserter on the upper right side of the player character in this save is not pulling from the belt. replacing the belt corrects the issue.

Thank you for the report, however this is not a bug (unless I was checking the wrong inserter). The green chips you are waiting for should be normal quiality, while there are only uncommon and rare quality chips on the belt.
