[2.0.15 - Linux] Rocket not launching automatically

For some unknown reason, a rocket that is fully loaded and set to automatically deliver requests is not being sent to the orbital platform. In this attached save, the southern most rocket silo on Nauvis is ready to go but is not being sent up. Clicking launch rocket and selecting the science express platform will resolve this. I am not sure what the underlying reason for this is. If you need further information, let me know and I will respond.

Thanks for the report. Your science platform doesn't have enough space. Duplicate of 121228.

Ah right, that would do it, thanks. More of a feature request, but related: perhaps a warning would not go amiss to notify the player that their logistics system is grinding to a halt similar to the no path warning for trains.
