[2.0.16] quality support for LuaFlowStatistics (currently its name & count)

I think they already do support it? Just the docs have not been updated. From looking at the code it should support parsing as "IDWithQuality" for a given type (items, entities). I don't know how to lua-docs it when the type changes depending on the instance of the flow statistics.

yeah you're right, could you move this to documentation requests or something or should i make a new post for it?

Thanks for the report, the flow stats docs are updated for the next release to reflect that it uses IDs instead of names now.
