[2.0.15] Steamdeck - Train menus are not responsive below certain pixels

Steps: open train menu, use cursor to select buttons. Move cursor to lower part of screen, at the cutoff point (certain vertical distance as shown in the images below):

Below this point the buttons are not responsive.

The rearrangement button (the rectangles consisting of darker shaded vertical bars) are also not responsive but this doesn't depend on their location, they are just generally not responsive.
