Combinator that sets logistics group

A combinator could be added that takes a name of a logistics group as an input. Then that logistics group is locked from player editing, and is instead set to the circuit inputs into that combinator. It could be flavored as an emitter that looks like an antenna. I think this or something similar would fill a gap that is missing from circuit and logistics systems which I have ran into a few times.

It would allow for much easier automatic interplanetary logistics, and long-distance intraplanetary circuitry. Because it has a relatively unique task and is very powerful, I feel it would make sense to be expensive, perhaps incorporating a resource from Aquilo, and to have a large size (3x3 or 4x4). It could also craft using radar and have a similar look, as the spinning antenna could make sense to be transmitting across the solar system.

This is a good idea, but by the time you are in Aquilo it is possibly too late to be useful for most playthroughs. It should be available as a space science research item.
