Space platform construction fails, but item is consumed

I am not sure what is causing this, but it is very concerning. I will provide the save file (vanilla, no mods other than the SA ones).

Steps to reproduce: Manually place a storage tank into the rocket silo on Nauvis and launch it to the "C-2" platform. It should attempt to construct the storage tank ghost, but halfway through it stops for some reason and cancels the construction but the item is not returned.

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm blind, I missed an inserter taking the items out of storage. Ignore this report.
