Gravity fed belt loader

I would like a device that sits across a belt that you can load a full chest onto that will drop the chest contents onto the belt rather than having to run a belt to a chest location and use an actuator. This would require allowing the player to pick up a full chest without emptying it which means they could potentially carry a kabillion items in their inventory. To avoid use of this feature, the inventory could be deemed completely full if even one chest with contents is placed in it. In the alternative, just let us pick up and carry a single chest.
