[2.0.16][Space Age] - Inconsistent item & tech strings

The names and descriptions used by some of the new content in Space Age tends to be incongruous with base-game predecessors.
This, I feel, takes away from the expansion, and can make it feel more like a mod than a major update.

Here is everything that I can find:

Promethium science pack is missing "Used by labs for research"

Every other pack has this description...the Promethium pack does not. (It's current technology description reads a lot like it should be the item description instead; see "Space Age science pack tech descriptions are inconsistent")

"Turbo transport belt" tech is inconsistent

The technology "Turbo transport belt" is part of the lineage of "Logistics" technologies.
However, it does not continue the line's trend of formulaic names and descriptions:

The technology should be changed to read:

• Logistics 4
  Faster and more flexible ways of transportation. (or, alternatively: Even faster and more flexible ways of transportation.)

...and have a tier number of 4, to match the prior technologies in the line.

Space Age science pack tech descriptions are inconsistent

All Vanilla science packs read "Allows research of [x]" with a description of what the new tech tier unlocks:

By contrast, the extraterrestrial packs don't follow the same formula, and are much more barebones:

They all need formulaic, more descriptive descriptions, but to provide my own would be more of a job for the Suggestions section.

"Personal battery MK3" tech needs a description

The lack of description contrasts the previous two technologies:

• Open the Research screen

• Observe the relevant technologies
