[2.0.15] Pipette on fluids works not consistent

Pipetting on fluid signal selects that signal which can be used as a fluid (like you can put it on the pump filter position).
Pipetting on a fluid filter, input, or output selects nothing.

This is also the case for signals from the "signals" tab, at least when pipetting from a constant combinator
