[2.0.15] [SA] Splitter overlapping textures

We are aware of them, but they have low priority. We have more important things to do. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

Quality symbol "appears" to be on the "wrong" side after of filtering splitter even though it is before splitter part of belt.

Why treat as bug?
Visually confusing. Triggers neurons to deconstruct splitter and place it back to remove "stuck" item from the wrong side of the belt.
