So the problem I am having is I have a space platform that is creating space science packs. So the problem is sending a rocket to create space platform on a new planet. I do have four rocket silos, and so I have Gleba, Vulcanus, Fulgora unlocked according to the space map. So when I try to send a rocket to Fulgora the remote view saying "Space platform hasn't been built. A Space platform starter pack first. Also yes the rocket silo have all the resources done for a rocket parts and space platform starter pack is place in the inventory of the rocket silo.

You create the space platform on Nauvis, and then the platform uses its thrusters to move to another planet. You can't send a rocket directly to another planet.
