[2.0.15] Space platform tiles persisting in map view despite deconstruction

What I did:
While playing around with platform weight, I set order to construct a long string of platform tile from the back of my ship, while it was in transit. Just as the ship was transitioning from interplanet space to Nauvis orbit, I deconstructed the string in several passes, starting nearest the ship and working away from it. The string had only half finished constructing at that point.
Zoomed in, everything appears to have been removed as it should.
Zoomed out, in map view, the ghosts are still there, and cannot be removed with decon planner.

What Happened
Ghost and real platform tiles are still present on 'map' view, despite being removed.

The images are now permanently there, but I cannot trivially replicate the behaviour. Thankfully I had a save just before this happened, so can continue playing without the images being stuck.

The error is on the ship 'Voyager'.
