All ore missing in all saves

I bought Factorio on Steam 3 days ago to link Steam and activate my account. Before that I had been playing on a pirated version for a long time. And since I was going through the Space Exploration mod, I decided to download version 1.1.109 on Steam, which the mod was intended for. As soon as I downloaded it, I wanted to transfer the mods and save files from the pirated version. And as soon as I launched the game, I was confused by the fact that the main menu had a black screen with several errors in the center (something related to the temp folder and modHandler). Then, since I wanted to avoid any further errors, I decided to continue playing on a pirated version. And since I copied all the files (save mods, etc.) and did not move them, everything in the game folder was in the same form as before buying Factorio on Steam (I also rewrote the config a couple of months ago so that everything that was in appdata was now in the game folder for convenience). I went into the game, loaded the save and started playing. After a couple of minutes I realized that I was not mining iron ore. Since I had been using this deposit since the beginning of the game, I was not surprised and decided to simply move the drills to another place. I opened the map and ran to the new place and realized that it was also gone. I ran around the world for a while and realized that all my deposits were gone, although everything was still fine last night. Then since I make 3 saves of 1 game in turn + Factorio itself autosaves every 5 minutes, I just decided to load some other save, but to my surprise everything was the same in them. Then I decided to open an old save that I had played on vanilla. And everything was the same in it. Then I asked a friend to throw off one of his saves and everything was the same there. After that, I decided to create a new world, but to my surprise everything was fine with the new world. Then I turned off all the mods and decided to go to the vanilla save, but nothing changed. Has anyone had the same thing and what should I do now. Is it possible to fix this somehow (preferably without editing the map with or without mods) or will I have to start a new save.
