[2.0.14] Fullscreen not resizing when switching screens via KVM

Context:
I have a laptop running Factorio on Windows 10 connected via HDMI KVM to an external monitor. For both, the resolution is 1920x1080. The external monitor is set to be the primary one, so when it is switched to (via hardware KVM button), the laptop screen goes blank. When it is not connected, the laptop screen is used.

Reproduction:
1. Run Factorio while the external monitor is used.
2. Switch away from the external monitor so the laptop screen is used.
3. Switch back to using the external monitor.

Expected:
Factorio still takes up the entire screen.

Actual:
Factorio takes up only most of the screen, and it's not a "window" either. See screenshot.

Consistency:
Every time.

Thanks for fixing this. In the current version alt-tabbing in and out fixes full-screen coverage.
