[2.0.14] Some Item's Rocket Capacity Tooltips for Stacks are off
Certain items, such as uranium cannon shells, explosive uranium cannon shells, Uranium rounds, personal battery mark 3, and personal laser defense, to name a few, display that rockets can transport 0.3 stacks of them when it should be 0.25.

I noticed the same thing a while back. While I agree with you that this looks wrong, I think this is an unfortunate case of rounding error. The question then becomes: why does this number need to be rounded to fit the format 0.0, why not 0.00?
