[2.0.13] Crash upon resuming from hibernation in Windows 11

This could be a result of system instability, because it seems like a weird thing to happen, but if you can reproduce it, its not just me and its a Factorio bug.
DESCRIPTION:
Its strange. Ill include the Factorio current log and the previous memory dump from the last crash as well, because its happened more than once, but on a separate version i believe. Please do contact me if you require any information. If i come across anymore crashes or find anymore useful information, ill reply to this thread. It also seems to be related to the windows low battery hibernation. I also copied all the Factorio Temporary files before resuming play, so if you need any of them, i have a copy.

Steps to reproduce as far as known:
Launch Factorio, play for an hour or so ("you can play and afk it doesn't seem to matter").
Hibernate Windows, leave for 5 minutes.
Open Factorio immediately upon resuming, you should hopefully get a crash with no error message.
Mods Used: None
System Information: Included in log file. Laptop used is the MSI Katana GF66 12UC.

IIRC resuming Factorio like this isn't officially supported, but neither are mods (and it typically just works anyway), so...
