Allow Fluid draining from Thrusters with Pumps

I want to control the Velocity of my Ships. I use two Pumps, one to pump in Fuel when V<X, one to pump out Fuel when V>X.
Sadly, this is not working as well as i would whish, because of the large internal Buffer of the Trusters, and the Fact that i can not drain the Trusters with Pumps.
Because of this, at the start of each Journey, the Ship will boost to very high Speeds before the Velocity Control can do its Job.
Please allow me to drain the Trusters with pumps. Intakes are Two-Way anyhow, and draining does work with other Machines, too.

Also, please allow me to hook up Trusters to the Circuit Network and read the Fuel Content. This Way, i could just pump in as much Fuel as desired (i would prefer to handle Speed Control this Way, but i really would like to have both Options)
