Add quality to barrels so that they hold more liquid

I feel it would be approritate if better quality barrels held more liquid. I saw rare petroleum gas barrels being an option while unpacking them today and it got me thinking that having them contain more liquid would be a nice improvement.

Actually... that's a good one!
As we have to designate recipe's Quality anyway, it probably won't need much work to implement.
AND would allow interesting options for liquids logistics (with some effort, as usually with Quality...)

Definitely agree. Also, quality storage tanks should hold more liquid too; after all, quality chests now hold more items.

Both of these might get particularly interesting on space stations...
