Tips and tricks tags in rich text

TL;DR

To the existing rich text formatting add tags linking to articles in the "Tips and tricks" screen.

Factorio chat has some rich text formatting that can enhance communication on multiplayer servers. Perhaps its most common usage is marking location with "gps" tags. I propose a new tag that could easily link (preferably through a click) to articles from the "Tips and tricks" built-in help system.

Why?

On multiplayer games with mixed player base of beginners and experienced players it would be immensely helpful to easily point to relevant knowledge and even more so when that knowledge is in each player's own language.
