[2.0.13] Laser turret has intermittent "low power" frames when used on space platform

What did you do?
Watched laser turrets fire at medium asteroids at a space platform.
What happened?
When laser turrets fire (in this case at nearby medium asteroids), the power in the turret drops, causing it to display "low power" even where there is more than sufficient power to keep it firing constantly (see attachment).
What did you expect to happen instead?
I expected the turret to remain in "Working" status continuously when firing (given sufficient power)
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
