Version [2.0.13]; Windows 10; Vanilla mods: Quality, Elevated rails, Space Age.

How to reproduce it: (for this example all belts are up)
1) First belt, underground belt input and on top of it output, last belt.
2) Drag belt from right to left (or other way around) at any speed.
>> You will see an underground belt teleport to direction you are dragging the belt.
