Below are images that shows configuration of space hub, rocket silo and confirms that requested items are available on the planet and that it is in the same logistic network.

Thanks for the report. The bit you missed is in the last screenshot showing the request is only requesting from Nauvis.

Yes, I have missed completely that you should configure planet from which to pick up items.
