Rocket will not launch with space platform starter kit

I am attempting to launch a rocket to create a new space platform. The rocket is fueled/ready, and the inventory is loaded. The platform request is created, but if I do "build new space platform" from the rocket silo, that doesn't do anything either.

To the left there is a small window where you first have to name your place platform before creating it.

You have created the platforms at a different planet, Does it work if you create the platform in Nauvis orbit?

Yes I was able to create a platform in Nauvis. I was unaware that you could not create platforms on other planets from Nauvis. I retract my bug report.
