[2.0.13] Temperature reading of nuclear reactor formatting

At the moment the temperature readings of nuclear reactors GUI can get jumpy.
As its displayed as

Because its right aligned, the text jumps and gets quite shifty when trying to read.

Maybe an idea to pad it to 2 decimal places
