[Lou][2.0.12] Fulgora lightning protection range preview is bugged

The lightning protection range is highlighted in turquoise. Hopefully it's clear from this screenshot that it's buggy.

Notably, this bugginess only started after I placed the elevated rail.

I have since seen it look buggy away from any rails, though.

Hello. Thank you for the report. I suspect this is the same issue as 117751 . If you would send a save file, I could verify that.
