Describe the problem by answering these questions
What did you do?
* I had `Toggle GUI visibility` enabled such that the GUI was not visible. I was looking at remote view. I tried to pan the view by clicking and dragging near the bottom of the screen.
What happened?
* I picked up items from my non-visible toolbar.
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
* I expected to pan the view.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
* The GUI interactivity in this state appears to be active for many GUI elements both inside and outside of remote view.

Re: [2.0.13] Toggle GUI visibility does not prevent GUI interaction
Thanks for the report however this is not a bug. It toggles the visibility, not the ability to interact. All it does is stop them from rendering.

Yes. That may be all it does, but is that all it should do? What is your use case for being able to click invisible buttons?
Re: [2.0.13] Toggle GUI visibility does not prevent GUI interaction
The use case was we, wanted a way to hide all GUI and so we added one. It was left in for players because "why not", but we could always remove it from the released version if enough people complain.
