[2.0.12] Mod download extremely slow and timing out.

So, i'm trying to download an update to a mod https://mods.factorio.com/mod/upcycler

When trying to do this ingame it is taking an extreme amount of time also when trying on the web portal it's taking the same extreme time. The 1.0.4 update takes forever but the 1.0.3 or others are fine.

I have 1200 down and 40 up and i speed tested just fine so it's not an internet problem also the other 15 mods updated fine.

This may be related. I was about to post that the main download link for the main game (https://factorio.com/get-download/2.0.12/alpha/linux64) is also extremely slow (about that same speed) and is timing out for me, as well.

It was odd because i updated like 15 other mods and then it slammed to a stop, i even re-downloaded 1.0.3 from the web and it still downloaded fast but the 1.0.4 is slow.

I did manage to do the update via the web. Started the download and had to resume the download when it would stop 7 times. Took about 20 min to finish in total.

I was able to download Space Age at relatively normal speeds, too.

It seems to be some sort of "cloud" hosting problem. Some files are ok and some aren't, or it works for a little, and then it stops.

This problem, at least from my perspective, seems to be resolved. I'm able to download the game again.
