The list of trains in a Train Stop's "Trains with this stop" list do not include trains that have the stop as an Interrupt Target Stop.

This appears to be operating as intended. Stations in interrupts aren't actually in the train's schedule until the temporary stop is created. At that time, the train does show up in the list for the target stop. It would be a significant feature change for the list for every station to parse every interrupt used by every train group, and evaluate every possible wildcard to see if it might go to that station if the right item/circuit signal is given, even if the player never intends to send that signal to that train.
