[2.0.11] Does not start

Pretty much every version i tried does not start. If i try to start the game again it says that perhaps another instance is running. And indeed you can see factorio process running without any activity, taking only 5 to 8 mb of memory.

About 4 days ago game ran flawlessly, then i powered down my pc and came back 2 days later to see it do not launch.

Did a lot of troubleshooting:
reverted/updated gpu drivers using ddu
updated bios
installed on 2 different drives on different locations with and without non english characters
changed xmp memory profile, tested ram with memtest and pi counting
tried dx 11,12 with reduced feature levels, gl
restored (ccleaner), edited, deleted registy
swapped monitors, display port, hdmi, hdmi-vga converter
and many more desperate sily things along

Game doesn't create config file.

Basically i had a gog account that got lost, but the game was on the disc. I played a bit to see how pc handles it before getting it on steam then went to work. Pc wasn't powered for 2 days. I came back, ran the game and went to get something, came back to just desktop, ran the game again and seen the error message about another instance. Checked the taskmanager and saw the process. Game didn't ran even once no matter what version i have used. Tried demo, archived demo, even pirated ones. Other games i have work well, even the ones that considered to be cpu/ram heavy like noita, helldivers2, ror2. I do not have any other problem with pc. No shutting down, unexpected crashes. No antivirus (scanned for viruses with cureit). Sole user with admin rights.

Now i am sceptical on getting steam version, since every other had the same problem.

Let me know if i can provide any other logs or files.
I am going to get another ssd and do a clean os install next month.
