[2.0.11] Cursor interesting situation. (cursor is inherited from previous game played)

So this one is probably a minor issue and I am not 100% sure its factorio related, but I noticed these issues before the DLC so it might have been a bug even before the dlc.

Basically I have another game I played, Brotato, it was in a beta stage for its DLC, and after quitting that game and launching factorio, the brotato cursor would persist, which was weird. Happened everytime, so I attributed this to brotato beta being faulted. Today, I launched to play some factorio and yesterday i played northgard and now after launching the northgard cursor was in factorio. I was convinced that its a factorio issue so I went to look at the replay with my outplayed software but it only caught the standard windows cursor. So not sure if its my pc issue or factorio issue but heres the report.

My computer was never restarted during these things. And my AMD drivers have not been updated for a month at least if thats important. Windows 10.
