Setting a request in a cargo landing pad has issues (I think).

I requested 2000 min space science to the cargo landing pad, and let there be a max of infinite, but whenever the amount of space science stored is higher than min amount requested, it just dumps the excess into trash.

I'm not sure if this is intentional but for now I am setting max limit to just an absurdly high number so it doesn't dump any space science that goes over the min amount requested.

This only occurs when the max is set to inf. so I don't really know why it's dumping anything that goes over the min value.
