Way to reproduce:
1. Build an Asteroid Collector (Nauvis orbit is fine).
2. Block all of its internal storage with inventory limiter.

Collector keeps picking asteroids, but does not put it in its inventory which looks like a bug already.

3. Unblock its storage after a while (probably after it got enough asteroids to potentially fill its storage.
As a result, the storage looks empty, Collector has status "
Working", but ignores all the asteroids in front of it.Rebuilding Collector resolves the issue.
+ Bonus bug: if you set filter by circuit and then remove connection to circuit, it gets status "
Disabled by control behavior", but keeps working.I consider it a minor bug since it can be resolved by simply reconnecting to the circuit and removing any settings before disconnecting it again.
