[2.0.10] Items keep managing to get inserted into machines that should have no way of receiving them.

Here's an example, I've mostly had this happen with item caches (ie: chests to store things) so it's never been an issue aside from clogging up some spaces, here (recycler on the left) it clogged up my iron plate disposal, which in turn backed up gear disposal, which essentially stopped my scrap production on Fulgora. It's only ever like one or two items at a time (a gear cache that was set up to store 6 slots was once only storing 4 because two of the slots were filled by a single item). If I find any more examples, I'll come back and post them here.

Thanks for the report however i am not seeing any issues here, its just a setup that is not robust. You expect the bottom inserter will be blocked before the top inserter is blocked however there is nothing that forces their order of insertion so it could happen the top one is blocked while bottom one works.
