I was playing this save at 240 UPS with the GTTS mod (all speeeds, power consumption/production in entity prototypes reduced to 1/4 normal), and switched back to 60 UPS to compare some speeds and make sure the adjustments I had added were working correctly. Noticed that the boilers were still running at 1/4 the speed, as if they were storing the fuel consumption rate at which they were built.
I would expect that if an entity like a boiler were built, the game was saved, and then loaded after the prototype was changed, that the entity would take on all the characteristics of the new prototype data.
1. I built boilers and steam engines with a mod active which reduced their consumption and production to 1/4 normal. (GTTS targeting 240 UPS)
2. I disabled the GTTS mod, returning all prototypes to their normal values.
3. Boilers built while the mod was running still only produce and consume 1/4 what they normally do.
4. Boilers built after disabling the mod consume fuel and produce steam as normal.
In the save all the boilers except for the first boiler on the bottom row are boilers built while the mod was active.

Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for the next release.
