Setting recipe on more than one assembly machine via circuit networkdoes not work with some items

Post by knusperwurst »

When i try sending a recipe to more than one assembly machine some items did not work and instead switching between every item from this group on every tick as it seems.
The recipe is set on a constant combinator.

Here is a video of the behaviour: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqHo3Cjzr08

First i set rails as recipe which works on both assemblers and requester chests.
After that when i set blue insterter as recipe on the constant combinator the assemblers start switching between blue and yellow inserters.
When i set elevated rails as recipe and then connect the second assembler the second assembler dont produce elevated rails but just rails.

Thanks for the report. That is all working correctly. You are attempting to read-ingredients and set-recipe with two machines connected to the same wire. Reading ingredients from one ends up setting-recipe on the other and back and forth they go. You simply can not do that if you want to use set-recipe.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
