Tips and Factoriopedia should be accessible from the main menu

TL;DR

Tips and Factoriopedia should be accessible from the main menu, without even launching a game.

What ?

As the qualoty of the games in game tips has considerabily improved, it would be a good thing to access them from the main menu.

Plus, a "Help/About" menu is a classic within most applications, and Factoriopedia is getting close to Civilopedia in its reach and scope.

Why ?

It would allow to consult the helps of the game without the ingame clock ticking.

Good idea, but IMHO Factoriopedia should be accessible from the main menu, but Tips&Tricks from the game.
