[2.0.10] Tip/Trick animation is delayed

[2.0.10] Tip/Trick animation is delayed

In the Trains -> Pump connection tip/trick, the train takes ~20sec to appear. In those 20 seconds nothing happens except the character's head is rotating. This seems like a bug.
