Quality liquids recipes? Why?

Liquids dont have quality right? so why would i use quality recipes? I'd understand if output was higher but its the same. Does it exist just to get rid of ingredients of the same quality? Like the only thing i would set rare sulfuric acid recipe is if i had an excess of rare sulfur

You may have some ore, say like holmium, of quality, that you want to use to make a solution, which has no quality just to use it.
