[2.0.9] Spaceship schedule conditions render weird when reordered

Tldr see picture. The top AND should probably stay where it was anchored above the two below it.

Steps to reproduce:
Set up a series of conditions, reorder by dragging the top one down. The one below it will pop to the top and bring its AND block with it
