[2.0.8] "Pipe to grounds" aren't being obstacles for player anymore

You can go through them now (it can't stop you enywhere at all - this isn't the case like with most mechanisms that you can squeeze between - "Pipe to ground" Fully without a hitbox, but for cars it's still an obstacle. (and also it looks a litle weird (mostly IT's why I think, it's a bug))

Thanks for the report.
Pipe to ground was intentionally changed to be not colliding with player character in 2.0
