2.0.8: Game completely freezes when mouse is turned off.

The game freezes and becomes completely unresponsive for more than a minute when i turn off my computer mouse. This happens no matter which part if the game i'm interacting with, including the main title screen It's faster to close it and reopen the game. This happens even when the game is unfocused.

Windows 10, Steam.

Especially annoying since i instinctively turn my mouse off when i go afk.

This happens only when i use a charger cable on my mouse. When it's wireless it's fine.
