[1.1.109] Cursor does not appear in the game

The first time booting up factorio, I came across a bug that makes the game unplayable for me.
I've been trying to get my cursor to be visible in the game.
It can still click on things, you just can't see it in the game window.
I tried, restarting the game, redownloading the game, updating my driver, turning off force-opengl but none of that seems to work.
On other discussions and forums, people say it's such a minor issue so I can't find anything that helped with this problem.
If anyone can help me out, i'd really love to play this game

Update - I just had to tweak some house settings in my OS and everything is working fine :3

ive tried that a couple times and it would just tell me that they were “verified successfully”
