[1.1.94] Low FPS on dedicated server with SE

I have tried everything I can find/ think of. Using stand stand-alone app instead of Steam, reduced graphics, slowed game speed, any help is appreciated. Runs fine in SP

This is the standard client cannot keep up with server issue. You would see improvement if you slow down the server enough for the client to keep up, so about 0.5 in your case. You might be able to improve performance by building more efficiently but I did not see anything obvious when skimming over the save.

well thanks for the reply, just doesn't seem to make sense to me. my PC isn't a potato so I figured I must be missing something, guess not.
