Hello. Factorio does not have any kind of blur effects. Can you record a video or show the effect in a screenshot?
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

Sound like you are encountering some sort of VGA corruption. This game, or any 2d game for that matter, does not have motion blur.

If Factorio displays motion blur:

1. Verify graphics settings, install the most recent drivers, and enable V-Sync.
2. Check the issue with any installed mods.
3. It can be brought on by the monitor settings.
4. If necessary, ask the Factorio community for assistance.

I did all those things. Nothing worked.

I am going to make a video as soon as i can. If it helps, i seem to have the same issue in basicly every 2d sprite based game i have (for example: rimworld) but it is most noticable and distracting in factorio

I just thought about this also: Your memory could also be bit-flipping due to a possible DRAM corruption. This game depends on the memory cycles over the GPU/CPU, so that could also be the case.
